Only One Available. This is a tremendously scarce powder horn with a lovely ornamented wooden base often associated with York County, Pennsylvania. This horn likely dates to the last quarter of the 18th century, roughly 1775 to 1800 or so, and uses a classic York County domed base plug with turned grooves, a raised band, and chip carving. This example has an outstanding threaded horn spout which is unscrewable. The horn measures 13 long
